Design Fundamentals Study

The design fundamentals study began with experimenting with design elements including point, line, plane, texture, and typography. After finding real life examples and applications, we put together our design skills to create unique compositions with these design elements.

By using new factors like scale, axis, and positive/negative space, we revised our designs to include hierarchy to emphasize main points to create thoughtful layouts.

The Process

The process involved experimenting with point, plane, and line and finding real-life applications in our everyday lives. Through testing and creating different designs, we narrowed down our favorite layouts and combined a variety of text, image, and graphic elements to create our final designs.
